Tower Optical's Laser Modules are diode-pumped, frequency doubled lasers. The lasing medium is Nd:YVO4 (Neodymium doped Yttrium ortho Vanadate) with a KTP (Potassium Titanyl Phosphate, KTiOPO4) crystal for intercavity second harmonic generation. These are maintenance free lasers, which do not require any routine maintenance such as cleaning, adjustment or alignment. The solid state diode provides enhanced stability in the final Laser output. This approach is used in Tower's product line of diode pumped lasers as described below.

Tower Optical's Lasers are offered in the following power outputs

. 532nm Green Lasers - 10mW, 30mW, 50mW, 100mW and 200mW
. 473nm Blue Lasers - 10mW, 20mW and 50mW
. 1064nm IR Lasers -- 200mW, 300mW and 500mW

Tower Optical's Lasers are designed to be cost effective solutions for OEM's.

Laser Safety

Before using any laser please read the following paragraph completely. If there is anything you do not understand please contact Tower Optical for clarification. Some laser outputs deliver enough power to be considered a fire hazard. Avoid eye contact with the direct or reflected beam from the laser. The output of the 1064 IR laser is totally invisible and can cause instant and permanent damage to vision.

The use of protective eyewear is an absolute necessity when working with lasers.
